一、我们收集的信息Information We Collect
为提供灵犀AI（以下简称"本服务"），我们仅收集实现服务功能所必需的以下信息：
- 账户注册信息：您注册账户时提供的电子邮箱地址、名称/昵称。
Account registration information (email address, display name). - 登录信息：登录时间与登录状态记录，用于维持会话与保障账户安全，不包含密码本身。
Login information (sign-in time and session status; passwords themselves are never collected in readable form). - 软件下载信息：下载时间、安装包版本、来源渠道及按访客去重的下载统计。
Software download information (timestamp, installer version, referral source, deduplicated counts). - 浏览器/设备信息：设备型号、操作系统版本、浏览器类型与屏幕分辨率。
Browser and device information (device model, OS version, browser type, screen resolution). - 粗略地理位置：基于 IP 地址的离线 GeoIP 解析，仅精确到国家/省份/城市级别，不用于精确定位。
Coarse GeoIP location derived from IP address, at country/province/city level only. - 安装/使用统计：首次启动登记、功能使用频次等匿名聚合统计。
Installation and usage statistics (first-launch registration, aggregate feature usage).
二、信息用途How We Use Information
我们仅将上述信息用于以下目的：
- 提供灵犀AI核心设计与协作服务。
Providing Lingxi AI services. - 身份认证与账户安全。
Authentication. - 授权与权益管理（试用、正式授权、席位分配）。
Authorization and entitlement management. - 下载与转化分析，以改进分发与产品体验。
Download and conversion analytics. - 产品支持与客户服务。
Product support. - 安全运营：防滥用、异常检测与漏洞响应。
Security operations. - 服务改进与质量评估。
Service improvement.
我们不会将您的信息用于上述目的之外的用途，除非另行取得您的同意。
三、隐私保障Privacy Safeguards
- 不暴露原始 IP：常规管理界面不展示原始 IP；服务端仅存储按日轮换盐值计算的 IP 哈希（ip_hash）与派生的地域字段。
Raw IP addresses are not exposed in the normal admin interface; only salted, daily-rotating IP hashes and derived region fields are stored. - 不收集密码：密码经单向加密后存储，任何人（包括我们的员工）均无法查看。
We do not collect passwords; they are stored only in one-way encrypted form. - 不收集 API 密钥：我们不收集、不存储您配置的任何 API 密钥内容。
We do not collect API keys. - 默认不上传创作内容：您的图片、Prompt 等创作内容默认保存在本地，不会自动上传。
User images and Prompt content are not uploaded by default. - 诊断数据需单独授权：仅在您单独同意后，我们才会收集额外的诊断数据。
Additional diagnostic data is collected only with your separate approval.
四、第三方服务Third-Party Services
为实现本服务，我们会使用以下类型的第三方服务，它们可能处理必要的技术数据：
- 云基础设施服务（服务器、存储与带宽）。
Cloud infrastructure providers. - 电子邮件服务（用于账户验证与重要通知）。
Email service providers. - 必要的分析与安全服务。
Analytics and security services where required.
我们与第三方服务商签署保密与数据处理协议，要求其仅为本服务目的处理数据，并采取充分的安全措施。
五、数据安全与保存期限Data Security & Retention
安全措施：全站 HTTPS 加密传输；管理后台实施访问控制与最小权限原则；日志数据去标识化处理；定期安全审查与漏洞修复。
保存期限：我们仅在与本政策所述目的相一致的必要期限内保存您的个人信息。超过保存期限或您注销账户后，我们将删除或匿名化处理相关信息；法律法规另有要求的除外。统计分析类数据仅以聚合形式保存，无法反推出个人身份。
Security: HTTPS in transit, access control with least privilege, de-identified logs. Retention: personal data is kept only as long as necessary; aggregated analytics cannot identify individuals.

- 查询与更正您的个人信息。
Access and correct your personal information. - 删除个人信息或注销账户。
Delete your information or close your account. - 撤回同意、拒绝或限制特定处理活动。
